The staff and doctor were so kind and understanding. I want to have my procedure done at this location with Dr. Rich. The doctor and staff were phenomenal. The facility was beautiful and set up for the patient’s comfort and facility. The wait time was very, very minimal. The doctor was very understanding about my situation.
