M visit with the staff was very professional and courteous. I enjoyed every minute of my time with them and their disposition made it very easy for me to be very calm and prepared for the surgery. My favorite part of my experience with the staff at Bayview was the actual day of the procedure.

The staff were very kind and courteous, as well as, professional in how they explained specific details of what I would experience. It was because of their positive affect and knowledge about the procedure that gave me peace of mind and confidence that I would be pleased with the outcome.
